What we do
We supply IPTV subscriptions: login details that let a compatible player app stream live television channels and an on-demand library of films and series over your own internet connection. We provide the access, the 7-day programme guide, and written setup instructions for the specific device you own.
We sell four plan lengths — one, three, six and twelve months — each covering one device streaming at a time. Prices and what is included are listed in full on our IPTV subscription page.
What we are not
We do not host, own, produce or broadcast any of the channels or media reached through the service, and we do not control what any given source transmits or when. We are not a broadcaster and we are not affiliated with any of the player applications we recommend — IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, IBO Player, Smart IPTV and XCIPTV are independent apps, and any fee they charge goes to their developers, not to us.
It is your responsibility to know what you may lawfully watch where you live, since that varies by country.
How support works
Everything runs through WhatsApp — questions before you order, setup help afterwards, and anything that goes wrong later. The same number, answered by a person who knows the platform. There is no ticket queue and no chatbot.
That is also why we ask you which device and player you are using when you order: the instructions we send back are written for that combination rather than being a generic PDF.
The claims we do not make
Plenty of IPTV sites publish channel counts, uptime percentages, customer numbers and star ratings. We publish none of those, for a simple reason: we cannot prove them to you, and a number you cannot verify is worth nothing.
So you will not find on this site:
- A channel count, or a list of guaranteed leagues and competitions
- Customer testimonials or review scores we cannot substantiate
- Uptime or quality guarantees
- Promises that a specific channel, match, film or series will be available on a given day
Instead we offer a 24-hour free trial. Load it on your own television, on your own connection, and look for the channels you personally care about. That answers the question better than any marketing claim could.
How we write these guides
The guides on this site are written in-house and describe how the platforms and player applications actually behave. Where something depends on your provider or your hardware, we say so. Where something is genuinely uncertain or varies by channel, we say that too rather than smoothing it over.
If you find something in a guide that is out of date or wrong, tell us on WhatsApp and we will correct it.
Terms, refunds and privacy
Our terms of service, refund policy and privacy policy are deliberately short and written in plain English. We would rather you read the refund policy before ordering than after.
